Stand-By Fire Personnel Request Form

The Elizabeth Fire Protection District is pleased to offer stand-by fire personnel and assistance to public community events taking place within our District.

Please note that requests for an event must be received by the District no fewer than 30 days before the event. Fees for apparatus and personnel may apply. Please be advised that, although the District will make every effort to accommodate your request, approval is not guaranteed. Please contact the District with any questions or for more information.
