Babysitting Class
This class is designed for children ages 11-16. Please note that children younger than age 11 will not be accepted. This class is also beneficial for children staying home alone. The first part of the class teaches First Aid basics along with CPR/AED, and participants will obtain their American Heartsaver Card. The second part of the class goes into cooking safety and severe weather training.

Community CPR/AED and First Aid Class

Cost: $50.00 per person

Heartsaver CPR AED/First AID is offered twice a year, in the spring and fall, for $50.00 per person for a maximum of 12 people per class. This class is recommended for individuals age 17 and older. Please note: we require payment at time of registration. Your spot in the class will not be reserved without payment. Be advised: this is not a Basic Life Saver (BLS) class.
Note: Offsite business classes are available but cannot be guaranteed. The cost is $85.00 per person. Please contact EFPD administration for more details. Participants receive American Heartsaver CPR/AED and First Aid certifications.

Fire Extinguisher Inspection
The Elizabeth Fire Protection District will be hosting AMPRO Fire Extinguisher Service.

Costs:
- ABC extinguishers annual safety check/tag = $6.00 (extinguisher must be 5 years old or less*)
- ABC extinguishers (5lb) annual safety check/recharge/tag 6+ years old* = $28.00
- ABC extinguishers (10lb) annual safety check/recharge/tag 6+ years old* = $45.00
- ABC extinguisher that is 6+ years* safety check/hydrostatic test/tag the extinguisher. Cost varies depending on the size of your extinguisher (5lbs = $33.00 and 10lbs = $50.00)
- New 5lb ABC extinguisher = $59.00 (includes annual certification). New 10lb ABC extinguisher = $78.00 (includes annual certification)
*EVERY fire extinguisher has a manufactured date stamped on the label or somewhere on the extinguisher's canister.
