Emergency Access Code Submission Form

New technological updates now allow fire districts to input emergency access codes into our dispatch system to reduce response time and allow first responders to access the scene of an emergency faster. Many of the residential addresses located in our district have codes on garage doors/gates/etc. in order to provide added security to residents. If you have an emergency access code located on your residential property, we recommend submitting the code to your local fire district in order to reduce response time to your address and provide first responders with the resources to get to you quickly.

Please note: this form is for residential properties only, and you must reside within the boundaries of the Elizabeth Fire Protection District.
